Welcome to the Newmarket Eagles Registration Page
A new cycling season is at hand, and now is the time to act.
You will find 2009/2010 registration forms attached to the right of this page. You need to fully complete the “Club Membership” form AND the “Insurance Waiver” form. Note that there is only one waiver form to be completed this year and it does not need to be witnessed. You should be able to fill out the forms on screen prior to printing them, if not, print them off, then fill them out. Legibly completed forms, along with your cheque, are to be MAILED to the membership coordinator at the address on the form. YOU SHOULD DO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
To comply with the requirements of our OCA insurance policy, you will not be able to participate in Club events until your membership forms have been processed and you have been registered as a Club member.
